All orders are shipped USPS same day if ordered by 12pm (MST Time) Monday-Friday.

A tracking number is emailed for you to follow till delivery. All orders are shipped no signature required. You are responsible to have someone present at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for losses incurred as a result of packages left in your absence.

We are Authorized Dealers for Hobbywing and Castle Creations products. They carry their own respective warranties.
We are unable to take back Hobbywing and Castle Creations products.
You must go through their warranty process.
If for any reason you have issues with your Hobbywing or Castle Creations products you purchased, please be advised that you must contact their technical support line to handle any problems or concerns you may have with their products. They will be able to troubleshoot and help you get your new product up and running.
